The staff were friendly and readily answered my questions . The dentist was attentive to my fears and provided excellent service. March 4, 2025 Today I had a dental cleaning with hygienist Sioneh, who conducted a saliva screening to assess the health of my gums and explained how it affects my overall health. I’ve never had such an advanced experience at any other dental office. It was a great visit!

Since 2021 I've been looking for a Dentist & I know I've found an excellent office in Balboa Dental Group! I've needed work on my mouth for approximately a year with an acute situation appearing in last 4 months. I spoke with many Dentists. Balboa is the most professional & customer centric I've encountered. My initial conversation with Jessica was excellent. After speaking with her I called a couple of more offices & realized that Jessica was the most professional & responsive to my questions. Professionally I've been in business or management since 1978. I know good customer service. Products/services are priced @ market value. What separates businesses is their attention to detail & customer service. Jessica did an outstanding job however I was even more pleased once I came into the office. My insurance was covering 70% therefore 30% is my responsibility. Cynthia, the office manager got involved in this process & did an outstanding job! Explained quote to me thoroughly & financing options. I was getting ready to continue looking for another dentist but she saved my business by "earning it"! I'm VERY pleased & the dental work has been excellent so I believe I've found a new dentist. Thank you Balboa Dental Group!

Jessica was the first person I spoke with in the office & she did an excellent job in answering my questions. When I came into the office my insurance covered 70% of the fees therefore I'm responsible for 30%. Cynthia, the office manager made the procedure easy & I'm very pleased with the work done so far on my dental work! I highly recommend Balboa Dental Group for its customer service & dental work.
